Usually, when I M&S my hair, it lasts for the whole day, therefore I only have to M&S once a day. Today, I woke up and my hair was very moisturised, I went out twice (for my lectures) & just got back. Whilst feeling my leave-out (bad habit), I noticed that my ends where EXTREMELY dry/brittle and they looked un-relaxed (if that makes any sense - didn't want to use the word nappy because I love my natural hair). It is not the result of heat damage as I've only straighten my hair once in Jan. Today, the weather ranges from -2 (in the morning) to 0 (in the afternoon) to -3 (at night) [degree Celsius].
I have thus come to the conclusion that M&Sing once a day is not enough when it is cold outside. Tomorrow the weather is the same so I'll M&S twice but by Friday the temperature picks back up to 9 degrees Celsius and I'm sure that M&Sing once a day will be fine thereafter!
